Coalition of Deciders: An attempt to objectively determine the quality of Values

Congratulations! There has been a global revolution and you have been chosen to sit on the C.O.D committee (Coalition of Deciders).

The committee’s task is to decide on a global ethic and system of morality for all of Humanity. In order to take on this massively important task, you must create a METHODOLOGY for deciding whether or not a moral premise is valid.
